I’ll go first: I’m 46 and live in North Carolina. In my free time (which I wish I had more of) I love to sit on our back porch and read, and relax or play games with my family. I also love to watch a movie with my husband.

      My prayers are with you. Thank the Lord that you were able to escape from your abuser. I was married to a man that was emotionally abusive so I know how difficult things can be. I have two boys. God is Good and He will give you the strength to get through each day. God Bless. I pray that you will get exactly what you need from this Bible study.

  7. Hi, My name is Evette. I am 54 years old. I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I live in Richmond, Virginia. I don’t have much spare time, but I like to spend time with my family and then reading. Maybe one day, I will have time for having fun and enjoying life.

  8. I live on Long Island, New York and I am 46 years old. When I have free time I like to relax and do “nothing”. Sometimes I read or take a nap. I try to give my mind a mental break from all the dizzying thoughts and issues that consume me throughout the day as I tend to 3 teenagers at home and 20 kindergarteners at school!

    I’m 28 and from Texas. In my free time, I just enjoy relaxing and having no schedule to keep to.

I have a wonderful husband, 3 beautiful daughters, one is married and we have an adorable grandson who I love spending time with. In my free time I love to read and study the Word of God, and cooking. Also I love to spend time with other women to encourage them to be all that God created them to be. He has a divine purpose and plan for each and everyone of His children.
    I am so thankful for YOU, Renee. When I read your book it reminded me so much of my story. I appreciate your courage to take off the mask and encouraging other women to do the same. The Truth, the reality of who we truly are in Christ. You share with us all the treasures of His love, grace and tender mercies.
