I have a question about tonight’s topic….I never thought about this before, but did Jesus ever fail? My first though would be to say “no”. But if He was fully human could that have ever happened? Or would failing be considered a sin and since Jesus was sinless He never could have failed. For me, I have failed so many times in so many areas of my life that it is down right embarrassing. Sometimes I imagine God looking down on me saying “Oh no, there she goes again.” Sometimes when things are going wrong I look up to Him and say, half kidding and half serious, “What are you thinking?” He may forgive me time after time, but I get so frustrated with myself when I mess up and feel like I will never get it right. How can I say I’m a Christian? Thanks for being so genuine and pure of heart. I’m so glad our paths have crossed. Have a good night. Thank you.

Thank you for the reminder that we don’t always have to be fine. That’s my standard response. I always think they don’t really want to know, they’re just being polite. I’d love to give my oldest daughter this book, she’s a lot like me in this way. She’s my pastor’s wife, a mother of two grown sons and a mother of 3 year old adopted twins. She’s great and I look up to her but she always says she’s fine.
Thank youlagain, for this reminder that our God is strong when we are weak.
