Welcome Encouragement for Today friends. If you found your way to my cyber-home through my P31 devotion, I’m so glad you stopped by! I pray you are sensing God’s pursuit of you today even as you stop by my blog. No matter where you are or what you are going through HE is there with you. Here’s a little something I wanted to share today:
Is there baggage that is weighing your heart down and keeping you from God’s best for your life?
We’ve all felt the weight of loss, the fear of failure and the hurt of negative comments from people in our past or even in our present. It could be someone like a parent who criticizes us, or a friend who rejected us. When we let life’s hard stuff and other’s harsh words sink into our hearts and stay, it can cause us to believe we’re not worth anything.
That kind of insecurity can make us doubt our selves and make us settle for less than God’s best for us.
Are there things that have happen of words people have said to you – or about you – that have crippled your hope in God’s ability to do great things through you?
God wants to send people to help us know and believe what He says about us – instead of all the critical words we’ve listened to for so long. If you’re looking for a friend you can trust with the things of your heart – a friend who will help you unpack your baggage, I hope you’ll consider joining my upcoming online study of A Confident Heart – starting April 1st.

I am so looking forward to participating in this online study for the second time. This time I am reading the book with a christian counselor so I’m hoping that surrounding myself with God’s heart, your heart, my counselors heart, and the many hearts of your subscribers I will conquer this war within myself.
I have been following your 7 day doubt diet but have only recieved day 1 and day 3. Is there a place I can go to catch up?

I am so looking forward to this journey and on-line study as this has been exactly what I’ve been looking for. I have been living in fear and anxiety way too long and I’m ready for change. I want to love more freely and become the true authentic person that I can be and i’m confident that a “confident heart” will help me!
I got an email from Proverbs 31 ministries today about the online Bible study using your” A Confident Heart” book. I read what the book covered, and was literally in tears. It’s like you wrote the book just for me! I would love to join the study, but, unfortunately, due to some recent tragedies, I cannot afford the book right now. So I was wondering if you would be offering the bible study again at a later date? I think this is just what I need, and would love to have the opportunity to participate if you do it again.
