Sadly none are being held in my hometown of Centerville Georgia, but a road trip is not out of the question.
3 are close enough for some of my Sunday school ladies and me to attend.
Grace FULL in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Friday February 1st, Rejuvenation for the Soul in Huntsville, Alabama on Friday March 1st or the one day conference at Wildwood Church in Tallahassee Florida all of these are close enough for a road trip

Your book is our current study and we absolutely love “The Confident Heart”.
We all look forward to Sunday mornings to get together and discuss the material.
With each chapter someone is always ready to talk about how God has touched them during our study, which is why we are only on chapter 8.
God has not only blessed our Sunday school class but our church as well.
3 ladies joined our class since we began our study “The Confident Heart” and they also joined the church along with their husbands and children.
God is so good!! We gained 3 ladies, 2 husbands and 1 youth and 1 elementary school student.
One of the children got baptized and is working and serving in our food pantry after school.
I believe with my whole heart this would not have happened without your book!
It has given us the security and affirmation about a God who loves us unconditionally and a God of second chances.
Your writing assures us that we are not different from other women.
We share the same fears and same doubts as others, but most of all we share the same God who gives us solutions to these fears and doubts.

Renee, I want to let you know just how much we enjoyed doing a study on “A Condifent Heart”. Eleven ladies from our Church here in Virginia, got together for a small group study on your book. What a wonderful experience and life changeing experience for us all. While reading your book, we discovered, we also had some experiences like yours. We all could identify so much with you. After finishing the book, we were disapointed, we wanted to keep going with more. Thank you so much for writing this wonderful book and sharing it with us all. I didn’t realize you were going to be this close to me!! I would love to go, and I have so many friends I’d love to be able to bring!! Unfortunately, I have another commitment that evening, but if I were to win, I’d give each ticket to a friend – both of whom I work with in women’s care ministry in our church. I introduced them both to your book, and one of them is now considering leading A Confident Heart bible study next semester! I can’t attend the Iowa conference but would love to attend the one in Tallahassee, FL on April 27th. I live in Gainesville, FL and if you ever get close, I would love to hear you speak. I have read one of your books and would love to read A Confident Heart also. I would love to take my sister who doesn’t go to church now to hear you. She and I would have the day together to get closer to each other and especially for me to show her HIS love in a more full way through you. Thank you for all you do to help out women. You truly are a blessing to many. I receive all of the daily devotions from your sight and love them. I forward them to people all the time, especially my kids. They are right on target.
The heart of our country is IOWA! Thank you for your ministry. I would love to see/hear you in person. God speaks through you everytime I hear you. I led a small group of ladies through A Confident Heart last year and we all grew so much closer to Jesus because of it. I started attending the Copel Conference in Sioux City 3 years ago. This will be my 4th time attending. The first year I went alone, had to check it out.. Every year since I have taken someone new along. I usually buy their ticket as it is someone who would not be able to attend on her own. What a blessing these conferences have been to me and to those I have taken. I am so looking forward to hearing you speak. It has been such a long, long time since I have financially been able to go to any women’s conferences. It would bless me to be able to take my sister along with me to this conference! We both need a time of refreshing and rejuvenation from our busy lives and schedules. What an honor and a privilege it would be for both of us to attend your Compel Conference in Iowa! I definitely need to be lavished and hear God’s word and heart for me and I know it would really bless my sister as well! Welcome to Iowa! I would love to go to the Compel Conference. No one from Proverbs 31 comes to our state so it would be a real joy to hear you in person. I lead a women’s small group bible study from our church and last year we did your Confident Heart book. I would love to bring someone from that study with me. I hope you enjoy our mid-west hospitality and safe travels. You never know when the next snow storm will blow in!
One of my best friends is Karen, the mother of four, all under ten years of age.
She is a piano teacher, her husband the music director at a local church, and
between her family, her own teaching and playing at her church she leads a very busy life
and has little time to spend on herself.
Yet she always finds more time to help and to give to others. I take piano lessons from her and thoroughly enjoy the love of music that she brings to her job and makes learning so much fun.
Plus I’m doing this at the age of 53 so I’m not an easy student.
A year ago a mutual friend of ours lost her husband in a tragic small plane crash.
With three kids in college things have been rather tough but Karen promised
that she would continue to offer piano lessons to the youngest girl still in high school until she finishes.
And she would do without charge, so that Megan could continue her music training until she was ready to go to college.
This is only one small example of the many things that Karen does in her life to show exactly how to model
a Christ-like life. Yet she struggles like the rest of us, and we laughed together over some of the things were reading in your book A Confident Heart this summer. We discovered that we were both reading it independent of each other and learning so much about ourselves. I know she would love the opportunity to go see you speak in person and would like to get these tickets to give to her. Thank you.

I’m entering for the book giveaway, though !!
I live in Sioux City and had planned on attending th conference. I read your book and did the doubt diet. The wisdom I gained from your book has helped me tremendously because I’ve doubted myself for years. I’m 38 and I am finally seeing myself as God sees me. I had planned on taking my stepdaughter with me to the conference because she is so much like me in many ways. I want to see her grow into a confident woman and not have her take 30 + years like I did. I say “planned” because I hadn’t bought our tickets yet and about 10 days ago my husband was assaulted and was in ICU for two days. He is recovering, thank God, but the funds I had planned on for paying for the conference will not be available now. I praise God that He has been faithful and I am confident that He is providing everything we need. I know He is a Good God and that He will be with us through this time.
I thank you for being obedient to the call that God has placed on you. You’re definitely helping many women to live boldly for Christ!
I’ve been thinking about my post and I in no way want to come across as “poor me”. 🙂 I am very thankful to still have my husband and to be here today. It’s a real joy to be able to share in God’s goodness and to be able to share His blessings with those around me. 🙂

I can’t make Sioux City but I could make the March 23, 2013 conference in Hauppauge, New York so would like to enter the drawing for tickets there. I would bring my 30 year old daughter that’s just been through a physically and emotionally abusive marriage and now divorce. I am a fairly new christian and hungry for the word, I have two wonderful daughters that are eager to know God. Woman like you help me teach and understand God’s word better.
