Carnival of Give-Aways

Today, the P31 Team is celebrating with a Carnival of Give–Aways, and we are inviting you to join us!   1. I would like to challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone and have a ladies Bible study group in my home and this sounds like the "push" I need in that direction. I always feel that I don't know the Bible well enough to give it a try.

  2. I, like a lot of Christian women, am always searching on how to be more. Even though I've been a Christian for many years, I've just recently decided to fully walk in what that means. But, I feel like I'm at a loss. I don't know what steps to take to push me to that next level. I make in my mind to fully walk in Christ, and everyday life seems to knock me right back down. I think this dvd set will help me to become the woman God has called me to be.

It made me feel so much less alone in the struggles I face day to day and the ways I see myself fail over and over again… I want to win this because I truly want to be MORE than a good Bible study girl… I want to want nothing MORE than Jesus, but I always seem to let something get in the way.   4. I would love to win because I have a wonderful group of ladies who are falling in love with Jesus. they are hungry for more and eager to discover all that God has for them. This looks like a great tool to encourage them in their walk.

  10. First let me say I tryed to leave a comment on your facebook and could not. This is my first time ever hearing of you. But I love what the other comments has to say about you and your ministry. I am a Children Pastor. I was in my church for 12 years and now me and my family has know church home now. I am learning the hard way that church hurt is the worse kind of hurt. We will find another church to go to, but for now we have been studying and reading what ever we can. We are so hungry for more of God in our life as a family and as a single person.   11. I am a single mother of 5 precious children. About three years ago I lost my way thru a divorce & the death of my daddy. Thankfully the Lord never left me and when I came running back his arms were open & full of love & forgivness! Now He is restoring, refining, & polishing me!   13. I have the "good Bible study girl" part down pat. I've trained for that role for my whole life – my mom went into labor while at church and I have been there ever since, attended Christian school K-12th grade, went to Bible college for a year, and now lead music and a children's Wednesday night class at church. But this can't be it…I want to be the woman with abundant life flowing out of me. And I know I'm not there yet.

  14. I've walked the walk of being the "good girl" – even viewed as "good" while living a previous rebellious life. Now I see fully that now only a "good" girl, but that I am "God's girl" & look forward to becoming More!

  15. For the past several months I have been experiencing a longing to know God more – in a way I could have never imagined before. I am reading everything I can get my hands on and studying. I'm going through the Battlefield of the Mind study right now and it is encouraging and very challenging all at the same time!

    Basically, I want to be so much more than just a nice girl who goes to church and attends Bible study classes. I know God has something planned for me – I just don't know what it is. I just really don't want to miss it because I wasn't paying attention.

My family unfortunatly had never learned the work so they were unable to pass that along to me. I've been blessed with the opportunity to read Lysa's book, "Becoming More Than a Good Bible Study girl" and it's truly an amazing book; I'm currently keeping it in prayer and working out putting together a ladie's fellowship group to meet outside of church and this would be wonderful to share with them.

God has been dealing with me over the thoughts of "not being good enough" or not doing the "right" things when really it is all about His love for us.
