In 2014, JJ and I prayed and brainstormed creative ways to generate additional income so I can hire staff to help with the workload of my blog, writing and speaking ministry. The first place that made the most sense was to add affiliate links and some ads to my blog that compliment what I’m already doing here. But we want to assure you, these changes will not influence what I write about or promote. When I share something with you, it has and will always be because it is something or someone God has used to better my life, my family’s life and our relationship with God and each other.
My Official Disclosure:
This site accepts forms of payment for advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions, or other forms of compensation. Even though we may receive compensation and products for review or advertisement, our opinions and findings will always be honest and sincere. The compensation will never determine which ads, reviews, or posts I will put on this site.
From time to time a post will include some affiliate links, and I will always state that in the post. That way you know when you click on something and buy it through a link, my ministry will receive a small percentage of compensation for your purchase.
Thank you for reading and supporting my ministry in this way. I pray that each post and resource is a deposit of hope and encouragement. Any compensation received will help maintain my blog/website, and helps toward costs of updates, monthly hosting, administrative costs, giveaways and training my ministry team or myself may obtain to help us serve you better.

I just wanted to encourage you Renee! I randomly (though I now know ‘not so randomly) selected your book from our church bookshelf. My motive, to prepare me for a course I am setting up to help young girls with issues of knowing who they are in Christ, confidence etc.
And yet in reading only a few chapters of your book so far, I feel God is using your words to challenge ME first and foremost, before I lead this course.
He is challenging me in the many ways he’s challenged you on dealing with your past, despite how painful it may be to go back there. But a hope that ‘back there’ needent be where I have to stay.
My verse for the past year has been Isiah 43, and as I read most of CH 4, this verse was mentioned so many times! And is so prevalent for me.
Thank you, for allowing God to help you deal with your past pain. For listening to his call on writing this book and for being so open and honest in the words penned.
I dream of being a writer some day and likewise, using my pain (once dealt with) to help others. I pray God will help me to stay as humble as you have and articulate so well and compassionately the confidence you so clearly describe that we can have in Christ!
Bless you and your ministry!
