  1. Love your generous heart!! You teach me much! And I love the challenge to “Live Loved”!

  2. This is awesome. I am working with someone now that needs to know she is loved and I will share this with her.

  3. Halona Luna says:

Renee, I can’t wait to get your devotional. I love the way you speak about God’s unfailing love. Through your words you really bring a clear connection to Him. Love you!!!

  4. Renee, I posted on your blog on Feb 5, and Lost Butnothopeless posted after me asking some questions. I answered but haven’t herd anymore. Just wanted to make sure she got the help she needed. I would share one with my future daughter in law

  5. Jennifer Sewell says:

I am a homeschooling mom of 3 kids and a new baby. We live in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil for my husband’s job assignment. We miss our church friends and family in the US. We have been unable to find an English speaking church home in the year we have been here. We are moving back to the US in 5 months.
I am struggling spiritually and emotionally because of this. We do attend a Portuguese speaking church monthly but my husband and I are not getting fed like we were.

If I win I will share the other copy with my bestie in the US who is also a homeschool mom. She is an awesome mom/wife who has always put everyone before herself. Her family lived with her mom and grandparents for years to help them out with the grandparents care all the while her husband worked 2 jobs and went to school and she was homeschooling her kids. When we moved to Brazil they rented our home. I love the fact that my best friend could live in our home. What a blessing for thier family of 7 to be independent for the first time in over 4 years.

  6. I have spent the last two years of my life learning to walk away from the question of “why” in my life and accept that God knows the why; I only need to follow. Each day my mantra is “your will not mine”. As God is my witness I will follow his lead and let go of my own imagined needs. My days are filled with gratitude; my patience with life and the people of whom I interact has taken on a life of its own and I feel empowered each and every day. The hardest part of loving God is understanding what it means to stand in complete faith; I struggle with it everyday. Having complete faith is like jumping out of an airplane, you have to have faith that your skills and training will ensure that the chute will open correctly and take you safely to the ground. With God you have to have the faith in his word that everything he has promised he will fulfill; albeit not necessarily the way you, yourself, would have envisioned it. Hence the necessity for an open mind. May God bless your day as he has mine.

  7. Hi. My beautiful 4 year old son was diagnosed a month ago with type one diabetes and while this is a very treatable disease my husband and I can not help but grieve for the lost innocence of just being able to be a child and run and eat and play. He now gets poked 6-8 times a day and insulin shots 6 times a day as well. Thankfully we have our faith and know that our God is a mighty God and that our Ethan sits in the palm of His hand. On the other hand I turned 40 this year and had my first mammogram. They have found something questionable so I am going in for a biopsy of my left breast next week. I just keep repeating Isaiah 41:10 over and over again…my mantra. I could use some encouragement so the book would be a blessing.

The 2nd copy would go to my sweet mother who loves the Lord and could use some encouragement as well.

  8. I do not have a website yet, but I do have a Pinterest Board. I love all that you do and teach, thank you and God bless you too.

  9. Teresa Watson says:

I desire to live in holy confidence because of humble dependence on God. I’m encouraging a young mom who needs encouragement. She would love the “when I say/God says” encouragement.

  10. Kini Riggs says:

After battling a year of cancer with my husband and the drugs and alcoholism with my son and awaiting hearing for my son, it’s been a total trial and tribulations thing for me. After losing both if my parents at such a young age I often times wonder that simple often asked question of “WHY?” Me and over and over it seems like the simple little road in life gets rougher.
Just when you want a break in that tunnel, it seems as if
Something yet stumbles along, and that’s when
I ask myself WHY me again, is it worth it going through this again?!

  11. Julie Moore says:

Thank you so much for helping us all to remember that God loves us BIG! I so needed to hear that today! My best friend is going through the hardest of times with her husband who has just had a stroke and my heart breaks for her and her family. I would so much love to share the message of Gods love with her!

  12. Susan Richerson says:

thanks for the reminder and help to get this right. I also loved the book “A Confident Hear” I downloaded it for my kindle so I will have it for a long time. Really enjoyed the study as well. t#letGodLoveYou, #AConfidentHeart, #Devotional

  13. yvonne merritt says:

I have a precious friend who suffers with low self esteem.
What a blessing your book would be to her.

  14. sheila payne says:

I am already 52 and still feel less than who the Word says I am. I look forward to being around godly women but then I feel worse about myself for days because after I get home I examine what I said or shared in prayer request or my lack of spiritual maturity or a thousand other things. It gets to the point that I am hesitant to continue to go to Bible studies or ladies’ gatherings. Isolation seems enticing. That is why I would read your book. I would give the other one to a lady I know that just went through an ugly divorce and is feeling pretty rejected about now. Thank you.

  15. Mary Lesnar says:

Just from reading your short post on the devotional I realized how much this could help me in my walk with the Lord. so much going on in my life that needs to let God take over and do the work He desires in me through my trials. Instead of always asking “why” as my husband and I do, we need to change our focus and hear Him minister to us through the trials. blessings and thanks for sharing your heart and the heart of God.

  16. Rhonda Kinzey says:

I have purchased this book but have not read it yet. I would love the devotion to go along with it. I am in the middle of a couple studies now but can’t wait to start on A Confident Heart because I have always lacked confidence. I would love a copy for my best friend who had to move far away from me and has mentioned wanting to read it as well. Maybe we could do a long distance study together.

Thanks so much for all you do!

  17. Thank you so much for your encouragement!

  18. I’ve already read the book and loved it and want to go back through it again and the devotional would be wonderful to go through. I would love to give it to a friend of mine while she recovers from a really difficult year.

  19. Donna Cisco says:

I am blessed to be a part of your personal journey. Thank you for sharing your most intimate thoughts and struggles. May these words of wisdom help to encourage me to be not only the woman that I need to be but to also be the sister in Christ, wife and mother that I long to be.
    Thank you is not enough.

  20. Here is the link to my Pinterest board http://www.pinterest.com/thisisjeanne/let-god-love-you/ What a great board idea!

  21. Chasity Spotts says:

I am super excited and blessed to have come across your ministry just yesterday via Facebook. You are truly a woman of God and I love your ministry and what it stands for, thank you and God bless.

  22. Lesley Geer says:

Sheila did a great job, very uplifting!

  23. Thank you for that beautiful prayer. I rededicated my life to the Lord by being baptized in June 2008 (I was “born again” when I was 14, but wanted the instant gratification that alcohol & drugs appeared to offer. That led me down some very dark roads. I cried out to God in 2005, He showed me the way to a 12 step recovery program which led me back to church in 2007. I’ve been reading the Bible daily yet have never kept a prayer journal. I’m just learning how to pray using scripture so I really appreciate the prayer and all the scripture based prayers that Renee posts. Thank you!
    With Much Gratitude,

  24. Esther Brandt says:
  25. I wish all my emails were this inspiring! Winter in Alaska is tough, this inspiration helps me get through the day reminding me to stay focused on what is important! Thanks for all you do ladies

  26. Karen (Grace) says:

Renee thank you for sharing the Let God Love You devotional. I want to live in God’s love for me and have confidence in knowing I just need to seek Christ to love me. Hope to win the prayer journal. Thanks for your awesome teaching. You are a blessing.

  27. Thanks Renee. As always, I enjoy your encouraging words. And thank you Sheila for this beautiful prayer! Isn’t that what we all need to do – just trust Him!
    Blessings to you both!

  28. Debbie Lewis says:

I am struggling with who I am in Christ. I jusdt feel so alone and thast I do nothing right. I need to build my confidence in Christ and pull out of this mind set. If I receive two books the other would go to a friend thast has a spouse in military and seems to have lost her confidence as everything goes wrong while husband is deployed.

  29. Kelly Smith says:

I can’t explain the roller coaster, the volcano, all the stupid words we pin on it. My heads broke. At 5 I started writing notes saying bye bye I’m going to heaven now! I just couldn’t handle being inside me. Heaven is perfect my Father is waiting. It seemed simple. At 14 I tried to start to get there. It’s complicated, I had 6 years God blessed me with a peaceful non medicated, non upset life. I pray again for that miracle. Now I have to plan strategies on lesser evils… I have to figure out how to be the best me LIVING for a son who counts on me to show him how we can live our lives praising and relying on God. And that is my job. Today I needed that prayer. Thank you for that gift and I prayed that it reached all the men and women suffering and in need of it in the name of Jesus Amen

Ps some links from the email weren’t working earlier.

    • Hi Kelly, This is Leah and I’m helping Renee with this giveaway. Did the links work once you came to the website? We had to update them. Please let me know otherwise which ones are still not working so they can be fixed.
      Thank you.

  30. I want to thank you Renee for all your insperation! I have depression and am on medication for it but sometimes the stresses of life bring me down. I did a bible study of A Confident Heart with some friends and was so amazed with your teachings. While doing that study I wrote several of the verses on index cards and keep them with me. I read those when I get down and pray them also. I just wanted to thank you!! If I was to win, I have a wonderful friend who is going through a very rough spot in her marriage. I would definately give one to her because she is the one person I can confide in with anything and not be judged and I know her heart could use some more confidence throught this.

  31. Love, love, love this! We’re working on something at church to bring 4 people to Christ. And for them to join us for our Easter service. My 3 definitely need to know God loves them and to know that His love is true, real, neverending love.

  32. What a great prayer. I like how it incorporates God’s word.

  33. I would love the prayer journal! I already have copies of Renee’s books which I LOVE! She speaks directly to me. Have wanted a way to cotact her privately but unable to do that. Thanks so much for your books.

  34. Shirley Mason says:

Sheila’s prayer spoke to me . I needed this as a reminder of

    God’s love for me.

  35. Thank you for the words tonight…I’m feeling low.. I needed those sweet words from the Lord.
Please remember my husband in your prayers. He has mulitple myeloma and heart problems. I
feel over whelmed sometimes…I go to my rock Jesus Christ for my help.. God bless you.

  36. I absolutely loved Sheila’s prayer. It is just what I needed to hear. Thank you!

  37. Chantle Uthe says:

You have opened my eyes and heart to know that God does Ana always will live me. I am very new to this Bible reading and journaling and I find it very relaxing. So fearful for your words.

  38. Nikki Donaldson says:

Most of my life up until now I’ve struggled with my worth…Not loving me, allowing unworthy to live in my mind. I’ve finally got what Gods love is…I enjoy all your talks and blogs…you have brought such meaning to my life. Thank you! As you pray for me…I pray for you as well and the ministry. If there is any way I can serve you please let me know!!!

  58. http://reneeswope.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/LetGodLoveYou.FB_Contest.jpg

Shared on facebook and friends are liking it!

Also, did a board on pinterest too.

  59. Great affirmations that are needed by all.

  60. There’s nothing more powerful than praying the Word of God over us! This gave me peace and joy and strength just reading it.
    Thank you Sheila!
    Thank you Renee!
    Blessings to you both!

  61. I would love to win Shell’s Prayer Journal because I believe her prayer has helped me conquer my indecision about trusting God. I am going through what could be a very dark, defeated time in my life…but following this prayer there is no room for doubt. Step by step and verse by verse she has set the stage for faith to rise up in my heart..&it does when I read her prayer. It is like Sheila introduces me to Jesus & then leaves do He can love only me. So intimate & caring…I can’t remember being prayed for that way in a long time.

  62. Kelly Smith says:

Renée Your raffle copter has been so broken, I had so many tweets, and Facebook, and Pinterest URLs but I couldn’t load them all the time I had trouble, I hope that you’re able to go to my pages and see them, but if not I hope that they generate a lot of publicity for you. I know that with the tweets at least I’ve gotten so many retweets, favorites…. As soon as I put one out I get five things back on it, it’s crazy your editors and publicists are doing a great job. Along with hundreds of people I don’t know!!! same thing with Pinterest, I have all these strangers pinning off my board! LOL it kind of feels awesome to be part of something so big!

But what is even more awesome and I wanted to write you a few days ago on Friday well, actually Thursday- I found it Thursday night on Christianbook.com. I saw that #AConfidentheart #devotional had been put out for free. And I didn’t know if I was able to tell anybody, I didn’t want to ruin your contest by letting people know it was free…. But man oh man, was I singing praises! I felt so blessed. All I wanted was to win this book, I had been entering everywhere, and I have been praying, I read your story and it touched me and I knew I needed this. In January my friend told me when a confident heart the full book had gone for free and I did get that. But for some reason, after reading your proverbs story, I felt I needed the devotional. And I felt so blessed to see it for free, and I was so excited because I know a lot of times it goes on to Amazon next day. And I just wanted to get a hold of you and find out if I was able to share it! Then your email came out saying that it was free for everyone, and I cannot believe the generosity of your heart. I had read in your blog where you had gotten so much feedback from your story and I knew that you just felt that everyone deserves to have the blessing of this book. To do a free giveaway in the middle of all this contest is just unheard of. You’re an amazingly gracious and generous woman and to God I pray blessings on you 7×7 and more, and I pray that the people who did respond and picked up your book I pray that they read it, and I pray that they’re touched by it and that God opens their eyes and their hearts in the name of Jesus Amen! Thank you again!

You can see my stuff on sites @ kellys91709. Or smithk91709. And I always have the little yellow mustard seed. PLEASE let me know how to help you and your site to get the word out.

Also, I signed up on your site to get your weekly emails, I was looking forward to the continuation of the story. did I miss that somehow? Or has that not come out yet? Thank you for EVERYTHING. I mean not only the give awayS but taking the time to write multiple places and sharing yourself openly, and then doing giveaways on top of that, and then when a raffle copter broken you extend the giveaway and send out emails on how to even get that prize later and you’re right on top of it within seconds on some of the emails I’ve sent, I just think you spend an extraordinary amount of time on details and I really appreciate it. (Slowdown?:). ).

    Blessings in Christ,

  63. Thanking God for the confident heart He has given you so you could write this book & devotional. Much fruit will come forth thru this labor of love & obedience! May God bless you a thousand times more (Deut. 1:11) all for His glory:)

  64. Sonja Bailey says:

What an amazing offer… I still face issues daily, but learning God is already there waiting for me… making a peaceful path for me and joy awaits me… when I simply remember to go to HIM

  65. What a beautiful prayer. I needed to pray that today. I would share one of the books with my dear sister.
    Thank you for your encouragement.

  66. Roberta Gabriel-OBS Small Group Leader says:

Oh, what a beautiful, heart felt and stirring prayer!!! I am so glad that my Father’s love toward me is unfailing and that He will pursue me because He desires to be in an intimate relationship with me. His love for me is simply overwhelming and I have been blessed more than mere words can express. Thank you , Sheila.

  67. Kelly Smith says:

Oh the contests were EST. darn…. I came to enter, and went where did all those sites go?? Am I losing my mind?? You are so on top of it to take those down in the middle of the night! LOL BUT thank you, saves me a few hours of entering, I can’t believe I missed it ;). Sweet dreams!

  68. To offer help from a wounded and tattered heart to a confident heart – such an amazing blessing!

  69. As I am doing Beth Moore’s study – Secrets – it is showing me the same as the prayer. That He is already there – let Him lead us and things will go as they are suppose to – not the way we want them too. Learning to pray and leave it in His control (not ours) is a new form of peace.

  70. Love your devotional A Confident Heart that I got free! I read 26 chapters before I could put it down! I may have to buy one to keep for future reference. Thank you so much for your encouragement and gift of words! I love the pictures of words also! God bless!

  71. Hi Renee! Is this contest open to anyone? I’m currently in Marshall Islands, can i also join this contest? Thanks and continue being an inspiration and ecouragement to us. God bless you! 🙂

  72. I loved this contest; “entered” it too late. However, I had GREAT JOY in making the LET GOD LOVE YOU Pinterest Board.

Thanks for the wonderful idea! I would love to see others…

Love the way you encourage women so very much. Thank you!

  73. Done! I loved Confident Heart and have recommended it to several friends. I would love the devotional as well! So thankful for all He does through you.

    My best,

  74. Heather Peters says:

If I dont win, I’m gonna buy it !!

  75. Thank you for this awesome giveaway. I am looking forward to seeing what else you have.

  76. I literally found your book because I did a goodle search on “I don’t feel like I measure up.” It’s been overwhelming me & I feel like insecurity is washing over me. The example of Eve was so pertinent. I was in a physically/emotionally abusive relationship for 16 years & this year I got married to a man that is so good to me & my children, I feel like I have everything, so why do I feel so inadequate? I don’t know, I’ve probably lost sight of all the goodness & restoration God has done in my life. In any case, I was encouraged by the post & am planning to try to read the book was if I can find it.

  77. patricia ward says:
